Technology and shit i usually type out a rhyme in a phone or on notepad or some shit. Today I found that I had actually written Random MC on paper. That is kinda on some from the heart sht. Lol. That’s very analog in a digital world no? Something about a paper in your hand that makes it different from just plain text.
I was having a talk with this woman telling her, that music isn’t the same anymore with mp3’s because you don’t hold the music anymore. Like how vinyl was and cassettes and even cds you had a sense that the music belonged to you. Now all this music is floating in the air. Downloaded from blogs that give cosigns to other blogs thanking them for the file that they acquired from another blog. I can’t frown on technology, I ain’t about to be the guy on the train with a cd wallet lol, I just iphone it up, but having to take care of your music is going to be all but forgotten in a few years.
Damn i got a book of rhymes from back in the day too I gotta find that shit. I customized it and everything. When I find it I’ll post it too.
