So me and Mahja went to see the Kaws exhibit and there were only like 10 pieces all together. I was sorely disappointed. In order from greatest to least on the recent exhibits I’ve seen.

Takashi Murakami - Brooklyn Museum -

———- structures in the lobby, louis vuitton merchandise, regular merchandise. 2 floors of MAAAD rooms of his art and figures and videos. Little did I know then that I would be comparing all other exhibits to this one. A true overachiever in the amount of things shipped to the museum and the structure of the exhibit as a whole. This one gets five Sais’

Nothing special really except for some glass cases of his work and autographed book on site available for purchase. I believe it could have been way better. Only 2 Sais’ for this one, but at least it had the book and had curators that gave insight on the work. I would give it 3 but that would be understating the Murakami effort.

And finally the Kaws exhibit which I give one Sais.

Why?
Only a couple of paintings. No books for sale. Poor reception at the exhibit.

Episode 3 “You need better friends.” — Mecca

I don’t do unnecessary spoilers, so you will have to highlight the rest of this post to see this message. If the text shows in the future, it’s because the blog layout was changed.

Today, I was bombarded by girls that just got Macs. The first thing that people want to do is video chat. The first conversation is irrelevant. It’s the second conversation later in the day that got me. I was in a video chat with Lulu and she wanted to know how many people could be added to a video chat. I never added a person so I said might as well try it and decided to add Orange as you can see by the picture below.

Well we’re successfully menage’ a chatting and after laughter and chatter I say. Alright it’s been nice, but I got to finish watching Season 3 of the Wire. Lulu asked me why I didn’t just watch The Wire before when it was on TV and Orange said “because he been too busy on the street.” Then Lulu said it . “The Wire is wack, I stopped watching it when Stringer died.” I said WHAT?! and proceeded to get up and throw my computer chair on the ground. She quickly covererd her mouth and yelped I”M SORRY! but it was too late. I was one episode away from seeing this too and she killed it.

I then proceeded to call Mecca and tell him about this and he told me. “You need better friends”

Season 3 is finished.
